1840s Carrollton Inn: A Baltimore Bed and Breakfast
1840s Carrollton Inn is a boutique bed and breakfast comprised of a series of interconnected row homes, some dating back to the early 19th century. Established in 2007, the inn surrounds a central courtyard adjacent to the 1840s Plaza, an exclusive event venue. This luxurious inn boasts historic quality antiques and decorator furnishings.
Choose from thirteen luxury rooms and suites featuring boutique furnishings, fireplaces, whirlpool tubs and king or queen beds with handcrafted Kingsdown mattresses for ultimate comfort. All guest rooms offer in-room refrigerators and microwaves, flat-screen cable television, and complimentary WI-FI. A guest computer, printer and fax machine is available in the first floor lobby.

Located at the center of Heritage Walk in historic Jonestown, the 1840s Carrollton Inn is within a short walk to the Inner Harbor, Little Italy, and Power Plant Live, and Harbor East. The 1840s Carrollton Inn, next door to the historic Carroll Mansion, celebrates the life of Charles Carroll of Carrollton, the longest living signer of the Declaration of Independence. We are also just a block from the Star Spangled Banner Flag Museum.
A gourmet and made to order breakfast is always included with every stay. Our B&B guests order from an extensive menu of fresh, seasonal breakfast cuisine and American favorites including the house omelette featuring fresh herbs, shiitake mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese, french toast made with Italian bread, pancakes, breakfast meats, hash browns, fresh fruit and juices, hot and cold cereals. Our Chef uses only fresh herbs from the local Koinonia Organic Farm. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and kosher options are available upon request and we are happy to accommodate special diets with advance notice. Guests have the option of eating breakfast in our dining room, having it delivered to the room, or eating it out in the courtyard gardens(weather permitting).
